TUSB211: Eye diagram is pass, but can not recognize device

Hi Team,

Our application is a USB pin board, connect USB HOST(PC) and USB device(Camera)

If we bypass TUSB211, the eye diagram would be fail, but PC can recognize the camera.

If we use TUSB211-level 3 setting, the eye diagram can pass, but PC can not recognize the camera.

Why we improve the signal quality, but got function detect fail? Please give us some suggestion.

Please confirm two things.

Can you double check your settings. Is it EQ level 3 (Eq2). It looks like over boost condition. Depending on the placement it could have false disconnect issue.

Can you please sketch out a simple block diagram where is the 211 placed from pc to the camera, board trace, cable length etc. At which point eye diagram is taken?
