Our customer will use Single Packet Mode of MIPI-CSI2.

In the datasheet, there is the timing chart of Multiple Packet Mode only.

Could you tell us whether the 953/954 support Single Packet Mode?

Hello,
The 953/954 is compatible with the MIPI CSI-2 v1.3 specification, so yes this should be supported.
