I want to ask questions about UCC21520's 6pin(DT).

ucc21520 and SI8235 are the P2P schemes. SI8235 6pin is NC, but UCC21520 6pin (DT), I want to know UCC21520 6pin, can not be connected or suspended?

The datasheet says "DT open sets the dead time to <15
ns." So yes you can according to the datasheet. This is shown in part 5 of the sheet.
