Note that the TCAN1042 datasheet specifies maximum values on the total loop delay, which includes both contributions from the driver (tpHR, tpLD) and the receiver (tpRH, tpDL). For your reference, though, I can let you know the minimum and maximum values we measured for the individual delays when characterizing the performance of these devices:

Most of the variation was observed to be due to temperature. Within a given set of operating conditions, these delays were similar from unit to unit (typical standard deviations of about 0.5 ns).
