can anyone please provide me the reverse transfer curve for the part TPD4S009DRYR. Also what is the typical clamping voltage & current for this part ?

Hello,
I have ordered samples for this part to run the TLP test to give an indication of the clamping voltage.
Also the IV is not super useful since the breakdown voltage and the working voltage are stated in the data sheet and these ESD diodes are not meant for DC applications beyond those values but I will see what I can find.

thanks e can you please also provide me spice model parameters for this part like IS, BV,IBV, RS, N (only these are sufficient)

Hello,

I believe we might use different nomenclature when talking about protection diodes. Are you referring to leakage current, breakdown voltage, breakdown current, dynamic resistance?

thanks for the reply ,yes its a bit different but i am asking more in terms of its spice model parameters. Also would be helpful if you can provide the clamping parameters (voltage ..)

Hello,
I am still working on getting the TLP data I apologize for the delay.
However I do not believe that we will be able to provide the Pspice model that is not standard practice for us because it would just be a regular diode. To characterize transient events we point to the TLP data and we will provide the S-parameter for the signal integrity.
