Dear Sir,

Customer want to test UB953/954 EVM with STP cable.

Pls suggest what we need to modify EVM for STP cable use, thanks.

We know Coax is Single-End, STP is Differential.

Hello,

the 953 & 954 EVMs are designed to work with Coax not STP. For STP you would need to another connector on the board + differential routing for P & N terminals.

On EVM, we only modify to differential routing is all? I means do we need others compensate circuit need to add cause STP performance is worth than Coax.
