Hi ,  we used TI DS90UB964Q on our board, we met some problem that the camera can't be locked by DS90UB964, we measured the waveform of GPIO0,1,2,3, found that, they are not conitinus high, but high some times then change to 0. We tried to use STP method to connect DS90UB964 and DS90uB913A, it works, the GPIOs are always high. For the mode pin of DS90UB964,we had already setting as Coax mode. We think the problem may be relative with the layout routing, could you please help to solve the problem, thanks!

    Hi,

    Yes, you are right that the key reason would be pcblayout. Could you please help check it based on TI's EVM board ref. design, TI Design on UB913a/UB964 device.

    also, TI has one on-line video training (www.ti.com/fpdlink--> support & training), you can get to know how to better route the PoC network circuit and PoC sch. design. thanks.

    Hi Steven,
         thanks for your support, but how can I to prove the lock unstable is relative with PCB layout, is there any method to measure? And do you have any method to solve this issue, thanks and waiting for your reply.
