Is it correct to charge 2000mA in CDP mode only when iAP (apple authentication IC) is built-in to Tps2549-q1? We are considering applying the TPS2549-Q1 to the head unit of the vehicle, but the iAP is not built-in. If so, is it possible to charge up to 2000mA in CDP mode using a genuine cable with built-in iAP?
Please help me.
