DS100MB203: How to use FAN-out feature?

Hi Team,

DS100MB203 can support FAN-out feature refer datasheet.
It means D_IN0 siganl go out to S_OUTA0 and S_OUTB0 togehter.
However, I don't know how it is possible with SEL0/1 control.
Would you let me know how to use FAN-out feature?
