TPD13S523: TPD13S523-HDMI is not working

We have received the prototype boards and observed that when TPD13S523 mounted in the board, HDMI is not working.When we removed this part from the board, HDMI interface works.

HDMI signals are directly interfaced with i.Mx6 processor(Nit6D_SOM_V2 boards from boundary devices)

May I know the reason?

Mohana,

I do not see any reason for the interface to fail based on the schematic you have provided.

Are you able to see I2C traffic on the other side of the Cable?
Are you able to see the HPD signal toggle?
Do you have waveform captures of the interface signaling?

It was due to one ground issue in another part of board
