hi,

we have selected this for our design. but, after completing the PCB fabrication we came to know that it is operating from 0 to 85. Now, we want the same device for operating at -40 to 85.

or equivalent pin to pin compatible device.

please suggest as soon as possible.

Hi Satya,

I was not able to find a pin-2-pin replacement for this device. The closest function I could find specified to operate from -40 to 85C is the DS64BR111.

can same part no. with industrial grade is not available. if available please provide.

I'm expecting when launching a device, probably available in all grades.

Satya,

This device is only available in the 0 - 85C temperature range.
