Yes, please help to share the HD3SS214 reference schematic to me, your diagram is only HD3SS214 symbol only,
I want to check how to design for the undefined pin, just leave as floating or design as below to leave as test point for each undefined pin?

The answer is yes, don't connect the N.C. pins to anywhere. We do this just by place NO ERC to those pin in Altium Designer. Since I know that there is no need of connecting N.C. pins of IC to anywhere and I am aware of this fact that I want to place NO ERC to them, when I create the schematic library of it, I usually ignore those pin. I have done similar for the schematic symbol library which I send its image in the last post. Finally the result often is the same.
