hi,

      I have confiure DP83640 as fiber mode use FX_EN but it cann't communicate。So I'm checking my circuit.

      I want't to confirm the logic level of RD+,RD-,SD are PECL or not? And why the TD+ TD_ need 3.3V pull up.
