1. Display serializer IC (DS90UB913A-Q1) is fluctuating.

2. Output for IC DS90UB913A-Q1 output SDA & SCA are not OK.

3. Pulses for SCA is should be 9 pulse to send one pulse of SDA but it is not 9 pulses it is less.

    What does it mean when you say the serializer is fluctuating? Are the power supplies ramped up properly and stable to the serializer?

    If you do not have any communication with the device through I2C make sure the IDx address for the serializer/deserializer and the I2C configuration registers are set properly. If you are able to communicate but have errors you should confirm the SDA/SCL pullup and filtering are correct.
