Could you tell me RD_P/M input signal level and TD_P/M output signal level for 100BASE-FX mode.

Hi,

Output Signal levels are defined in Electrical Specifications section of DP83822. For Input, we expect transmitter to meet the same spec.

Yes , 0.5V is typical value.
