The FPD-Link is a discrete serializer/deserializer so there are no drivers needed. The DS90UB913A/DS90UB914A can work automatically, you can refer to the datasheet for details

For layout, we hope to use POC and use coaxial line to transmit. . The system needs to useLED, the maximum power is 10W (12V/0.9A), LED is PWM dimming, and the duty ratio is 20%, the frequency is 30-60Hz. Can 10W power be transmitted by POC? Does it affect FPDLINK's video signal transmission?

Hi, Jerry,
It is NOT recommended to deliver 0.9A power through high speed cable. Now you can't find the 100uH inductor with 1.8A (50% derating design) rating current spec. in generally, <=0.3A current through cable is available.

What are the parameters for L1, L2 , L3 in this case?

NOT! the current limitation is from the inductor L2, which has ~0.5A rating current spec.

in the industry, the maximum rating current spec. of 100uH inductor is ~0.5A.
