What I want to know is not the input current but the power supply current like IDD,
Is there a description on the datasheet?

Hello Tachibana-san,

The current consumption depends on the bus speed and the number and type of secondary devices that are connected. Below are the typical total Icc for a few conditions:
For Vcc = 3.3V, P_Vccp = 5.0V, S_Vccp = 5.0V:
Primary Bus: 33 MHz / Secondary Bus: 33 MHz / Power State D0: 40 mA (no load) / 90 mA (two loads on 2nd bus)
Primary Bus: 66 MHz / Secondary Bus: 66 MHz / Power State D0: 88 mA (no load) / 117 mA (two loads on 2nd bus)

For Vcc = 3.3V, P_Vccp = 3.30V, S_Vccp = 5.0V:
Primary Bus: 33 MHz / Secondary Bus: 33 MHz / Power State D0: 68.3 mA (no load)
