DS90UB947-Q1: LVDS 24bitRGB888 to Mipi Yuv422 ,if can use DS90ub940+DS90ub947?

The DS90UB947 Serializer accepts OLDI (LVDS) on its inputs. To convert the 24 bit RGB888 (Coming from a graphics processor) to LVDS, you can use this part:

Once the 24bit data is converted into LVDS, the 947-940 should be compatible with one another. The EVM user guides for the DS90UB947-Q1 and DS90UB940-Q1 are shown below, respectively:

but customer used Imax6 LVDS 24bit RGB888 data format output to DS90ub947 to Ds90ub940( DS90ub940 set input data format RGB444),then display anormaly, Could you pls help us check if need set ub947 or ub940 other Register? thanks!

UB947 can accept i.MX6's RGB888 video. my question is that why you set UB940 output RGB444? UB940 can support the RGB888 input and RGB444 output.

Thanks for your replay,Ub940 data sheet  input data set format in HDMI Terminology only RGB444,YUV422,YUV422,YUV444,RAW,if we need set RGB444 for Ub940

the format convert in UB940 is limited. please see table10 in d/s page41 for more clear and detailed messages on data format description.
