Hi, Team

My communication customer is using SN65LBC184 and SN65HVD72 in their smart antenna system. They want to konw the below spec of SN65LBC184 integrated TVS and SN65HVD72 integrate ESD diode, so that they can choose suitable external protection component. Could you help to share it?

1. VRWM Reverse stand-off voltage
2. VBR Breakdown Voltage
3. VCLAMP Clamping voltage

    These TVS parameters might not directly apply to the IC due to it's internal ESD structure. The reverse standoff is -15V for LBC184 and -13V for HVD72. Roughly speaking, LBC184 breakdown is 15V and it clamps at 33V. Please be aware of the characteristic of the ESD events. LBC184 can take about 16A transient current. But if you choose external protection for HVD72, please don't let the clamping go beyond 16.5V. Please let me know if you have more questions.
