Hi FAX,

Have you considered TCAN1051HV? It has a "VIO" logic supply pin that is used to implement a level shifting function. (For example, if you apply 3.3 V to VIO, the TXD/RXD logic levels will be referenced to 3.3 V rather than 5 V.) Please let me know if there is something else you need.
