Hello Kai,

Thank you for your question - I am an applications engineer with the High Power Drivers group.

I believe that is a clause from the IEC 60950 standard. I will confirm with another team member tomorrow.

I was able to talk to some team members and confirmed that this is citing a passage from the IEC 60950 document. This International Standard document can be purchased online (webstore.iec.ch/.../4020&preview=1). We can take this offline if you have further questions.
