DP83848I: EMI Noise at 150MHz

Part Number: DP83848I

Hello E2E,

I'm posting on behalf of my customer.

During EMI conducted susceptibility testing we are getting 150MHz noise on the input to the Ethernet Phy part number DP83848I at the RD- and RD+ pins.  We are using a transformer with a common mode choke with 33dB of rejection, but the noise is still present.  We found that we can reduce the noise by putting a 150pf capacitor across the RD- and RD+ pins.  Will adding this capacitor  cause any issue with the PHY? Violate any parameters? We have the auto-negotiate function turned off.

Thank you for you help!  Let me know if you need any further information.
