TFP401A: TFP401A 33Ohm OUTPUT RESISTORS

Part Number: TFP401A

Hi, I'm going to project a LCD display driver using the tfp401a chip.
I'm trying to figure out the purpose of the 33 Ohm resistors on the digital output bus (to the LCD) I have seen in many schematics.

There is no information in the datasheets and, since they are not always present in every driver design I have seen, I would like to know why those resistors are there.

Thanks.
