Dear Sir:
Due to datasheet of DS90UB964 suggest 100Ω differential characteristic impedance and 50Ω single-ended characteristic impedance for +(-) RIN and CSI traces , It mean chip to capacitor(such as green line) or chip to connector?

Dear Sir:
If we want to reserve single end and differential compatible for RIN , How to design they trace? 50ohm or 100ohm? BTW , How to design GND trace of single end RIN? 50ohm , too?
Best Regard
Jason
Jason,
I think I'm confused by your issue. please keep in mind that the impedance matching is very important for high speed link design, you can refer to the book "LVDS owner" in TI website.
also, you can refer to UB914A EVM board design, which has the compatible design between single (coax application) and diff. signals (STP).
best regards,
Steven
