Hello Umamahesh,

We unfortunately do not have an IBIS model developed for the AM26LS32 or AM26LS31 devices. The closest model available would be for the the AM26LV32E (www.ti.com/.../sllm218) and AM26LV31E (www.ti.com/.../sllm074). These are newer devices designed to be powered via 3.3 V, although they are still similar in that they comply to the RS-422 physical layer.
