My customer considers to use DS90UB913A-Q1 in PoC application.
Does TI recommend DS90UB934-Q1 and DS90UB954-Q1 for deserializer with DS90UB913A-Q1?

Hello,
The DS90UB934 is recommended over DS90UB914A for newer designs as it gives higher performance. You can refer to this app note on comparison between 914A and 934:

If CSI-2 mode is desired then the 953/954 combination would be the way to go. The 954 deserializer is also backwards compatible to the 913A serializer, but operates with basic functionality unlike the full feature set it can support when used with the 953.

I understand DS90UB934 is recommended over DS90UB914A.

If DS90UB934 is used for deserializer, do you recommend DS90UB933 over DS90UB913A for serializer in PoC application?

The 934 deserializer can work with both 933 and 913A serializer. The 933 and 913A are similar with the 933 capable of a higher throughput. The 933 would be recommended for newer designs.
