I am using the SN65LVDS31–32EVM board and connected my TTL signal to IN3 and connecting the DIFF3 thru a 100 ohms dummy load then to the DSA8300 input scope,

I have taken scope captures 'cause the Vo LVDS signal do not look quite clean, and they have a lot of ringing.

I have documented my findings and can share them.

Hello,

Please share your setup details: how exactly you connected the 100 ohm, where you connected the scope probe, is it a differential probe?, the probe specification, etc. and the resulting plots.

Hi Eric,

Sorry for the late reply. I have looked at what was provided by email. To look at the transmit signal from the device by itself (without effects from any other devices in your setup), try to use the SN65LVDS31–32EVM by itself. Just configure the board to connect the LVDS31 output to LVDS32 input and look at the received signal on the 100 ohm termination near the inputs of LVDS32 using a good probe.
