Hi coleagues.

I'm trying to source any available information for part CSDB03GM. Would you be able to assist with this?

    Hello Carlos, 

      I'm not finding any reference to the CSDB03GM; please advise as to what this device might be.  Our CSD-series devices are FETs, is this what you are looking for?

    The CSDB03GM looks like an RF FET that used to be made by Ciclon semiconductor , when TI purchased Ciclon Semiconductor these devices were EOL about 9 years ago. There is no way to build or test any more of these devices.

    What type of information are you looking for ? I may be able to find an old datasheet so please email me separately on this but from the information I have, the part number you show does not match what we had. Closest part numbers were CSDC3GM, CSDB10GM, so please double check.
