TVP5158: Does TI recommend or imply an I/O Standard?

Part Number: TVP5158

The TVP5158 uses 3.3V I/O, but the datasheet does not describe if that is a CMOS or TTL variety of I/O. 

I am working with a Xilinx FPGA with 1.8V I/O at the banks I am using:  Xilinx specifies current at its I/O pins based on the standard being used.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
