Hi team,

 

Can you please review an issue of FPD-Link level in DS90UB914Q?

 

In the swapping test of PCBs and camera sensors, the failure depends on PCB#1.

 

PCB#1 : Impedance=96.5ohm, FPD Link level= below 500mV -> Video data is unstable

PCB#2 : Impedance=99.5ohm, FPD Link level= 740~800mV -> No issue

PCB#3 : Impedance=99.5ohm, FPD Link level= 740~800mV -> No issue

 

Question.

1. What is the tolerance range for 100ohm impedance? Is it acceptable for +/-10ohm variation in PCB?

2. For the level of < 500mV on DS90UB914Q, what is the expected problem? Is there any way to adjust the level?
