Dear Team,
Datasheet does not show any graph for gate drive source/sink resistance. It is only mentioned as max 4ohm and 2.5ohm for source and sink, respectively. My customer would like to see more details, like resistance variation in temperature, gate drive voltage level and etc.
Do we have such graphs ready?
