Hello,
From a PoC perspective, it is important to make sure that the impedance is low enough at DC so it does not interfere with the data path, and also the characteristic impedance is large enough over the band of forward and back channel at the frequencies the data is being transferred. Also depending on the current consumption of the camera and serializer, there can be a high current going through the network.
The components must be selected to ensure that these requirements are met.
