I believe the voltage swing is from 0 to 1V. Stanag uses the differential analog signal to carry the colour information.

If you mean STANAG 3350 Class B, 625 Lines, 25 Frames/ Sec, 50 Fields/ Sec, it is very similar to PAL standard. The voltage swing is in range 0 to 1.073V for PAL:

thanks for the reply but since these are NRND , it would not be advisable to use them for new designs right ? Don't we have any non-NRND parts ?
