Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21520, UCC20225

In the datasheet of UCC20520 (and similar chips such as UCC21520 and UCC20225) there are a few examples of generating negative bias. Unforunantly there is no guide on how to calculate the values for the needed components. Im looking at page 32 of the UCC20520 datasheet and In my case, will drive a wolfspeed C3M0065090J at around 100 khz. I have prepared a 18VDC supply and intended to use that as a +15 and -3 drive. But I fail to understand how to calculate the Vz and Cz values. Does anyone have any insights to share?
