Hi,

I am using Sigcon with USB2ANY to control LMH1218 and LMH1219 on Nextera eval board.

LMH1218 was installed by default and worked correctly with address2E.

Then I added LMH1219 by add-on profile. It was installed successfully and I can see LMH1219 menu with address 4E.

However, it is gray and not active.

When I accidentally deleted LMH1218. LMH1219 started to work. So, I can control each part separately, but not both.

What can cause this?

Hi Alexander,

1). When selecting 0x4E for LMH1219, did you click on "Apply" button? Once you do this, gray should go away.

2). We regularly do the same thing in lab as well. We jumper SMBus signals plus GND from LMH1219EVM to LMH1218EVM and this all work.

3). Also, could it be possible that LMH1219 and LMH1218 may have been on two USB ports on your pc? For example you may have USB2ANY0 and USB2ANY1?

Thank you for fast reply. I am using one USB2ANY. Pressing Apply button fixed the problem. But this is hard to find out.
Can you make it automatically when software starts?
