datasheet of DS90UB913 states that LVCMOS inputs for DATA and SYNC have internal pulldown resistors.

Could you please give an indictation about the value of the internal PD?

Alex,
The DIN and H/VSYNC pins have internal pull-downs with nominal 1uA pull-down current. Please refer to the 913Q datasheet electrical characteristics table in section 8.5 for the input current spec (IIN).
