Dear TI Sirs

I would like to simulate PCB lay-out that consists also HD3SS460 and HD3SS6126 TI's components before manufacturing PC. Problem is that I could find any simulating model (IBIS, HSPICE...) for those components. Do you have any information where to find models - perhaps TI have?

We have not created those models for those devices. We only have the S-parameters for those devices.

They are both simply mux switch with no equalizer or any other circuitry, think of them as simply as trace connecting from point a to point b, so s-parameter showing the loss of trace is sufficient, there is no need to have ibis ami mode.
