DP83867CS: KSZ8567 Temperature Problem

Hi all, 

In our design we have DP83867CS Gigabit Ethernet PHY and Microchip's KSZ8567 product. My question is DP83867 working well but KSZ8567 is getting very hot. Like 90 celcius degrees. Schematic is attached as below. For application, we have 5 IP cameras, they're connected with KSZ8567.
