DP83822IF: Termination 49.9ohm resisors for RXD P/N and TX P/N

Would you mind if we ask DP83822IF?

We are sorry that we have basic question which is termination 49.9ohm resisors for RXD P/N and TX P/N.
The DP83822 requires a pair of 49.9 Ohm resistors, biased to VDD of the device.

How much does the power consumption require?
On DP83822 EVM, termination resistors are 0.063W.
We assume that these termination resistors use for biased to VDD of the device.
Therefore, we can imagine that there is no big power consumption.
However, if you know the formula for the power consumption at termination resistors, could you give us?
