I am looking for extended temperature range version for SN75451B or SN55451B. Is there any other recommendation?

A drop in replacement will be preferred.

Hi Yourboss25,

The SN55451B already has a temperature range from -55C to 125C. As of today, we do not have any extended temperature devices. Out of curiosity, what temperature range are you looking for?
