Solution for NIC with PCie & SerDes Interface

We have a requirement to build a NIC, with PCie interface to the host PC & 1Gbps Optical as the customer interface . Please let me know from TI , any micro controller/processor or specific chipset can do this. For the serDes interface we need LVPECL & LVDS.
