It seems SSCG function can reduce EMI from DS90UB914A datasheet.There are some questions about this function as below:

1>.Does this funciton have extra effort?

For example: More power consumption/Decrease LVDS performance... or only improve EMI?

2>.How to use this function usually? Do you have susgestted resisger value about this function?

You're correct, spread spectrum clocking is designed to help with mitigating EMI by spreading noise across a wider band. You can refer to this article about ten tips for successful design to meet automotive MI/EMC requirements:

The register settings are in 0x02[3:0] (general configuration 0 register). Refer to the DS90UB914A datasheet Table 7.
