DP83867E: DP83867 working issue

Hello Team

My customer is testing DP83867 and have some problem about it. It can work well at 100 mode. But when work at 1000 mode, only received the data but cannot send the data. Could you help about it? How to debug it?

Few Questions:

1. Which MAC interface you are using ?
2. Do you see link-up in 1000M ?
3. How you confirmed that you are able to recieve the data but not able to transmit ?

3. When Ping to PC， EP can received data from PC， PC cannot received data from EP。
BTW， if use 1000mode RGMII， how to set up the PHY?

Hi,

You may need to tune the RGMII interface as it need tight timing relation between Clock and data lines. You can try adjusting values provided in register RGMII Delay Control Register (RGMIIDCTL), Address 0x0086.

For the Media dependent interface, which pins is the TX pin, which is RX pin?

For the Media Independent Interface (xMII), the TX pins are inputs and RX pins are outputs.
For the Medium Dependent Interface (MDI), when in 1G operation they are bidirectional pins.
