Please refer to the 928 datasheet section 13 "mechanical, packaging, and orderable information" for package dimensions.

It doesn't have PACKAGE OUTLINE as below picture in 928 datasheet but we could find in ds90uh927q datasheet. Customer need this information. Will we have update datasheet?
