We use DS90UH949 connect to DS90UB948. We can't find 948 in this tools, but we use color bar then panel could display well.

Can you explain the issue further? Did you load the correct ALP profile? (948 profile)

Kim,
please confirm your EVMs are DS90UH949 EVM and DS90UB948 EVM?
You can check the ALP profile in the tool -> device profile. Also, please download the registers of UH949.
btw, you can try to link the UB948EVM directly, does it work?
