Hi,
Please advise if the exposed thermal pad of the VSON package variants (e.g. TCAN1042GVDRBR-Q1) can be connected to GND or should the thermal pad be left floating as this does not appear to be mentioned in the current datasheet (SLLSES9B –FEBRUARY 2016–REVISED MAY 2017)?
