In application as block diagram picture below，we needs clock and data recovery（CDR） between XFI and SFP+ ，

Signal conditioning is  needed too.

In this case，How to configure the retimer（DS110DF111）？

    Hi Max,

    The DS110DF111 can work in many SFP+ applications with default configurations.

    Will the SFP+ module be optical only or direct attach cable as well?

    The DS110DF111 can lock to 10.3125 Gbps and 1.25 Gbps signals by default.  What signal rates will be used in this application?
