SN65DP141: User's guide for S-Paramater

Hi,

I know that the S-Paramater of SN65DP141 is available at product folder, then is its user's guide provided? I'm asking it because some high speed product like TMDS181 has user's guide for simulation model.

    Satoshi,

    SN65DP141 does not have a user guide for its general S-Paramater model (.s4p) on ti.com. TMDS181 has a IBIS-AMI model and that user guide is specifically for this model (TMDS181 IBIS-AMI model).

    The .s4p file hold the information of the return loss based on SN65DP141 settings and our test setup. The file name for .s4p file tells you the setting of the SN65DP141  for that test. You can use these files to see how the eye is affected and chose the device settings appropriately.

    Hi Malik,

    Regarding S-Paramater of SN65DP141, please let me know which port is assigned to input and output. I guess that there is four ports, so they are IN_P, IN_N, OUT_P and OUT_N.

    Port 1 is IN_P, Port 2 is IN_N, Port 3 is OUT_P, and Port 4 is OUT_N.
