Hi team,

Customer met a problem that is the high temperature would lead the screen shake(80℃)，

According to TI recommend to configure the register:

They met a new issue:

1,The shaking screen issue no improve.

2, the Boot animation would dithering occurs probabilistically. This did not happen before.

How to solve this issue?

What is the probability of this issue and does it only happen at a specific temperature? What is the failure rate?
Do you have a local TI FAE involved in this debug?
I think it might be a good idea to take this one offline so we can collect some additional information and provide appropriate assistance. This thread is assigned to our local FPD-Link support person in China.
