Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS92LV18
Hi,
There is DS92LV16 circuit in current design. 33 MHz clock was used as transmit clock.. Now when a computer module had to be changed, transmit clock changed to 24 MHz. Does DS92LV16 work with 24 MHz transmit clock eventhough specification says frequency should be between 25-80 MHz.
- Is it so, that design must change and start to use a new SERDES component?
- What is real reason, why clock minimum frequency is 25 MHz?
